This Cookie Policy explains how Seats at, LLC (“seatsat”) uses cookies and similar technologies on seatsat.com and app.seatsat.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your actions and preferences and help us understand how the service is used.
2. How we use cookies
Only strictly-necessary cookies are set without your consent; the others are used as described under “Managing your cookies” (§5).
- Strictly necessary — required for the service to work (sign-in, security, language). Cannot be switched off.
- Functional / preferences — remember choices to improve your experience.
- Analytics — help us understand usage so we can improve. No analytics cookies. We use PostHog for product analytics in cookieless mode — it sets no cookies and uses no other device storage.
- Marketing — None — we do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

4. Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies, including Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout (payment processing and fraud prevention). Google may set cookies when an operator connects Google Calendar or signs in with Google. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
5. Managing your cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — block or delete them at any time; note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the service.
Consent: We use only strictly-necessary and functional cookies, and our analytics runs in cookieless mode (it stores nothing on your device), so no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive. If we later introduce cookie-based analytics or marketing cookies, we will add a consent manager and link it here.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
