Software for restaurants that keep what they earn.
seatsat gives an independent restaurant its own booking page, its own menu and one link that gathers both — at a flat monthly price, with nothing taken per cover.
What this is
A restaurant using seatsat takes bookings on a page it controls, publishes a menu guests read in their own language, and hands out one address that gathers the two. Staff work from the same board on a phone or a laptop. There is no marketplace in the middle, no ranking to buy into, and no per-cover fee — the price is per location, per month, and it does not move with how busy you are.
Why it charges the way it does
A commission is charged for a booking whether or not the platform found the guest. A regular who has eaten at the same place for years, booking through a portal, still costs the restaurant a cut. That is the part seatsat refuses to reproduce: the software is a tool the restaurant pays for, not a toll on its own trade.
Who runs it
seatsat is operated by Seats at, LLC, a limited liability company organised in Delaware, United States, registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. It is built and supported by a small team, and the same people who write the software answer the messages.
